Area actions for November & October
Juvenile Nuisance : Youths in Howarth rd/Trafalgar close and Back alleys of Inkerman/Balcarres rd area causing general ASB, residents from Lytham Road have also expressed concerns regarding ASB in the street.
Lane Ends Traffic : Traffic continuing through lights when on red causing a danger to general public
Speeding on Lytham Road : Residents concerned that despite speed bumps on Lytham Road there seems to be an increasing number of motorists speeding along the road .

Juvenile Nuisance : Youths in Howarth rd, Trafalgar close area causing general ASB. Continuing targeting of youths has taken place which although there were four calss last month residents still feel area has improved
Lane Ends Traffic : Traffic continuing through lights when on red causing a danger to general public Work to begin on traffic light system in January 2010, Pathway operation in September was successful in Lane Ends area.
Dog Fouling / Littering / Flytipping : Rubbish and Dog Fouling in and around Tulketh area. Continuing patrols. There has been an increase in the level of dog fouling in area, residents accepted it is difficult to catch and situation to continue to be monitored

Juvenile Nuisance : Continuing targeting of youths has taken place which has had the consequence of consistent reductionof calls in the area Lane Ends Traffic : Visibility being conducted by response officers and Neighbourhood officers at key times. Ongoing reference filter lanes this being put to council.
Dog Fouling / Littering / Flytipping Continuing patrols. There has been a improvement in area with regards to dog fouling Day of Action cancelled by Tracey MACHETER, this to be rearranged for a further date.

Dog Fouling / Littering / Flytipping : Continuing patrols. There has been a improvement in area with regards to dog fouling Arranged day off action to take place in the Howarth rd area on the 28th August 11:00 Onwards. Number of Council Members and services will be in attendance VOLUNTEERS WELCOME
June Juvenile Nuisance : Acceptable Behaviour Contracts completed with more youths in area, referrals to different agencies being completed these including Connexions, Axess and Princes Trust. Lane Ends Traffic : Visibility being conducted by response officers and Neighbourhood officers at key times. Litterline informed re flytipping in the area and also to clean paths of Dog Fouling. Leaflet drop conducted by Neighbourhood watch re dog fouling. Litterline informed re flytipping in the area and also to clean paths of Dog Fouling Juvenile Nuisance Howarth Rd and Trafalgar Close Acceptable Behaviour Agreements have been put in place in conjunction with Community Gateway Association and Police, Two operations have been run in the Howarth rd area these being Op Staysafe and Op Détente both these looking at disrupting and targeting Anti-Social Behaviour in the Howarth rd area.

Dog Fouling General area and back alleys PCSO Hayes and Dog Warden is continuing to patrol area. Fly tipping, Littering around Carphone Warehouse PCSO HAYES is patrolling the area with Fixed penalties. Inkerman/Balcarres ginnel ongoing re the gates. Continuing patrols re ASB and Drinking.
Juvenile Nuisance Howarth Rd and Trafalgar CloseAcceptable Behaviour Contracts put into place with youths from Trafalgar close, an Increase in patrols in the area via response and neighbourhood policing teams. Youth referrals have been issued to a number of problematic youths. Neighbourhood watch launch to be completed in near future for area of Trafalgar close.
March Juvenile Nuisance Acceptable Behaviour Contracts to be put in place, joint meetings with parents/Police and community gateway to stop ongoing issues in the Trafalgar close area. Disruption Tactics on youths in the target areas, by use of increased patrols being used and PCSO Hayes mobile now can be used by residents to help target and disrupt behaviour. Dog Fouling General area and back alleys Patrols of area by Dog Warden. Further Doggy Doo Doo signs have been placed around the Tulketh area. Fly tipping, Littering around Carphone Warehouse Inkerman/Balcarres ginnel ongoing re the gates. Continuing patrols. Litterline informed re flytipping in the area and also to clean paths of Dog Fouling.

Delacy Street & Ginnels- Anti-social behaviour. Youths causing a nuisance and ASB on evenings ans weekends.Playing football in the street,jumping fences, running through gardens,Knocking and kicking doors. Acceptable Behaviour Contracts are in place with local youths from DeLacy st. Disruption Tactics on youths in the target areas, regular patrols being used and PCSO Hayes mobile now can be used by residents to help target and disrupt behaviour.

Disruption Tactics on youths in the target areas, regular patrols being used and PCSO Hayes mobile now can be used by residents to help target and disrupt behaviour.

Bins not being emptied,Residents not clearing up after dogs, Littering Dog Warden has patrolled area though no fines/offences seen at this time Ginnel between Balcarres and Inkerman Street - Fly tipping, graffitti, Littering and ASB/Drinking PCSO HAYES is patrolling the area with Fixed penalties. Inkerman/Balcarres ginnel ongoing re the gates. Continuing patrols re ASB and Drinking.
